A rum created to mark Alexandre Gabriel's 20th anniversary as master blender. It is made from very old rums characteristic of Barbados and continues to win acclaim more than 10 years after its launch.

Origin: Barbados: West Indies Rum Distillery (molasses, column and pot-still distillation).

Tropical ageing: 8-15 years in ex-bourbon casks.
Continental ageing: 2-10 years in various casks, including new white oak casks, ex-bourbon casks and ex-Ferrand cognac casks, charred to different levels.

Aroma: a wonderful floral-fruity aroma, enriched with notes of vanilla, cocoa and milk chocolate.
Taste: gently sweet, with notes of cinnamon, molasses, Christmas spice, rum chocolates and biscuits.
