Appearance: A pale yellow colour with greenish highlights; fine, persistent bubbles
Variety: Glera (typical for Prosecco)
Production process: The grapes are gently pressed and then undergo the classic white-wine fermentation process – that is, without skins, at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Special attention is paid to the fermentation temperature to maximise the wine's aromatic characteristics
Aroma: Intense and persistent; fruity, refined, reminiscent of green apple and acacia blossom
Taste: Sweet and fresh, pleasant, remarkably smooth and balanced, persistent; a fruity finish
Food pairing: Ideal as an aperitif or with light dishes, starters, fresh cheese and seafood. Also great as a cocktail base
Recommended serving temperature: 8–10 °C
